My horn isn't working and there is a wire with connector going to the brake fluid filler and another connector loose that comes off the same part of the lume. Cannot see where it plugs in, anyone know?

Is it under rev or on idle? There is also the idle air control valve that may be the source but don't believe it's in anyway related to the heaters.
