Re: Lotus teaser/launch update link
according to Evo prices start at 911 money, bye bye Elise market and traditional ownership enthusiast base . Time for Mazda to do a 250 bhp MX5. But volume means depreciation.... so by the time it’s depreciated enough you won’t be allowed a dirty ICE car You’ll be allowed it but will have to scour ...

Re: Lotus future - fully electric
Legislation will stop the sale of ICE by 2030 any way so as long as the 131 has a life of 8-9 years it’s as much as we can expect.
An electric Lotus should be a good thing, just a shame there won’t be ICE too.

Re: Newbie Evora owner
Hi. Just realized it's been over four years with the Evora! What’s your ownership experience been like in that time? It's been good, lots of fun and not too many random issues, feels like it's time for a change but I've no idea what I'd replace it with! I’ve had mine for 5years now - only done abou...

Re: Churchill - oh yes
We have managed to get partial refunds on all our car policies by phoning them to reduce the annual mileage driven. Not a lot on the last year but reduction in next years due to ongoing working from home has reduced the renewal substantially £75 being the best saving- from Churchill

Re: Ambitious plans at Jaguar Land Rover
I agree, I can see Jag might manage it at a push but can’t imagine that LR can achieve it. They don’t have a single full EV in the line-up right now so would have to refresh the full range in 4 years, including the Defender that is just in nappies at less than a year in the showrooms.
