I'm needing to change all my tyres soon. I've always ran AO48's, but was considering puting on R888's this time. I don't think there is much difference in the tread depth etc, just wondering what the general feeling was with grip and longevity.

Any advice appreciated.

Does anyone know if Ronnie of "Wheels Around" will be going to KH on the 17th, will be needing a new set of tyres after the day completed.

Martin, Don't think you can take it off without removing the Clam as the it is bonded in place from the inside. After our run over the Lecht I masked up all round it and repainted carefully by hand. Looks like it will be an onging job but not a difficult one. Hope you enjoyed the car at the weekend....

I got a call from KH office today to say they were crediting me £40 as last Saturady's track day was cut short due to the fog.

Great result from KH, it was much appreciated. Think I'll get back down on the 4th March.

Last year CCI allowed me to book half days from my total allocation of 6 days, it was great as most of the KH days are half days and my allocation went twice as far. I phoned them today to arrange cover for Saturday and SIDC on the 17th only to be told that this year they Aviva aren't allowing half ...
