Ayr FFS. Bloody stoopid location in my very humble opinion.
Hamilton ok for servicing but Ayr. Really. For crying out loud. I thought the only things that sold well in Ayr were mobility scooters for the locals.

VX220 for the win. That's why I bought one as a stable mate for the Evora.

Re: Thoughts on property prices
The impact of AirBnB lets being down, the lack of movement etc I think evidences that there may be a few enforced sales if this continues for too long.
Could be some bargains coming up.

Re: Why does it not sell?
Just re-read this thread and was puzzled by the feedback that it was hard to sell as it was a +0 and people want a +2, and yet when it seems that a lot of people who move their Evora on, do so for something like a Cayman or an Exige which doesn't have the +2. Just find the two points a bit of a puzz...

Re: Knockhill, Saturday 21st March 9-1
Yes, thanks John I had a great time. Think it was the race car boys who were mainly going off! The new approach re sign-on, bracelets and briefing worked well - not sure the briefing would have been popular in the rain! Some great cars out on track today too and I took the opportunity to self isolat...

Left them off with a warning. For that. Sorry, starting to wonder who the nutter really is to honest unless you were firmly "tongue in cheek" and I've had a sense of humour failure - which is very possible!

Re: NC500 Bad Press
Like they spread tacks on the road for the cyclists in the Etape. Open road driving is fair enough but screaming through 30/40's in villages is out of order. Having just come back from their I think a bit of respect works wonders. Got the odd 2 finger salute a local, but more gave a wave and a smile...

Re: Aftermarket Part Fitting Recommendations
Oh my that deteriorated quickly. As someone said earlier if you post facts, truths, then how can that be slander or libel? The usual problem is that people embellish. Miss key things out (so you get half the story). Tell other people stories not very well. If I was a supplier I'd love a platform lik...

Re: Latest Tax Grab by SNP/Greens (Council tax)
Why should they Ferg? Our house is quite big, however council tax is for services provided and funded by local council and a charge for water and sewage. Ignoring the water and sewage how does the size of a property have any bearing on the amount of services consumed.
It doesn't, b...
