Re: Sail boats
If he doesnae want to spend any money why is he looking at buying a boat? More of a money pit than any house or car.
As per the old saying, "only two truly happy days with a boat, the day you buy it and the day you sell it"! Can you get nitrons for it to improve the handling?

Re: Cars and technology
It's just tech for the sake of it. My wife has newish top of the range Qashqai with so much tech (including apps tp read your emails/texts) that I swear if I bolt on two boosters it could get to the moon. But the tech is so fooking annoying. For instance keyless stop:start and CO2 saving. So, you've...

Re: Road resurfacing
If you mean the road that goes up and over Bridge of Dye way I drove it last month and they'd put lovely smooth black tarmac on it. The road to it from the Edzel side had been sprayed and chipped but it should be ok now.

Re: Craig Moncrieff thank you.
Dropped the VX220 off last week for some fettling - geo/tracking, brake pads and supply and fit a removable steering wheel. Boy what a difference does that last one make to getting in and out when you're a fat bugger like me!
Usual great service and all good...
