Re: Anyone had stripes fitted to their car in Scotland?

Is there anywhere in Edinburgh that does wraps? I need to put the car into Craig to get some new suspension and would like to get the wrap done at the same time if possible! (But not for £500+ quid!) I'd suggest £500 would be cheap for a half car wrap - especially one as curvy as an S1? Maybe not- ...

Re: Anyone had stripes fitted to their car in Scotland?

That looks very convincing and at those prices plus given the hassle for me of driving Stornoway to mainland etc then it's got to be worth a go! Any hints or tips re application please, did you spray the panel with water to allow them to move around and get them straight prior to squeegee them into ...

Re: Anyone had stripes fitted to their car in Scotland?

Interesting the pictures of orange stripes as thats what I had been thinking about for my car which is dark grey with black wheels. I had been thinking of twin viper style orange stripes running either side of the full length roof scoop but looking at the last photo maybe a single thick stripe woul...

Cheers

Did a DIY on my old Caterham R300 and I would have said it was "OK" no more than that! Out of interest where did you buy the stripes for your car and we're they pre cut etc?

Anyone had stripes fitted to their car in Scotland?

I fancy getting some viper style stripes fitted to my S2 Exige. Has anyone got some recommendations as to where to go to get a sensible price for decent quality work please?
Had one quote from a crowd in Glasgow who wanted a faintly rediculous £500!

Re: Exige S - on a Cal Mac ferry?

Thanks guys. Mark I recognise that ferry que - been there hundreds of times! Wow that Esprit is LOW, no wonder you had problems. To be fair the Lewis boat is by far the worst, they modified the bow ramp years ago by basically cutting a meter or so off it, thus making a very steep loading angle. RE g...

Exige S - on a Cal Mac ferry?

Thinking of buying an Exige S but I stay in the Hebrides so the car would be a regular traveller on the Stornoway/Ulapool or Tarbert/Uig ferries. Wondered if anyone had experience of using these ferries with an Exige?

Re: Advice sought - Buying a Honda Engined S1

The Exige S that "sold" on PH was a scam... They are sitting just about the 25k at the moment but have seen a couple drop under to sell. Normal Exige is now round the 20k mark. I'd reckon it's worth between 16-17k depending on overall condition. Didnt really look like a scam ad to me at the time, b...
