Re: Brexit.

Drawing on the ballot may feel fun, but it just goes down as a spoilt paper. Unlikely to achieve much! Now, if you wrote a nice poem, that might catch the RO's eye :-) A friend who has worked as a poll clerk/vote counter told me recently that a cock and balls fully inside the box against one candid...

Re: Brexit.

Simon, Your tone is very aggressive, in my opinion, and I don't understand why you are so hostile. Everyone on here is allowed to express their opinion, you included. If you disagree with somebody else of course you challenge it, but why be so shouty about it - do you think that approach persuades ...

Re: New Top Gear

Last night's episode was better again. When I watched the older top gear (Clarkston et al) having recorded it, I would usually fast forward the "Star in a reasonably priced car" section. It would usually be about 8 to 10 mins long. Did the same last night, it was 18 minutes! That takes up a good ch...

Re: Monaco Practice 1

:withstupid Steve Jones is probably the most annoying patronising 'false' presenter on TV just now. Otherwise the Ch4 presenting/commentary team is IMHO marginally better than the Sky. Agree, however, Sky lead guy is a far worse cockend. Prediction Hamilton win Mad Max Kimi Kvyat and Vettel to get ...

Re: New Top Gear

All the top gear complainers on here should be ecstatic.

They have manage to take all the tired, tedious bits of the previous top gear version and combine it with presenters that lack any charisma, knowledge or camaraderie to make a truly awful piece of television.

I hope you are satisfied.

What part of 'Kimi staying away from the vodka ice cream long enough to get a podium' is far fetched?

Can't wait for my midlife crisis, looks brilliant. Hope I get a Ferrari 458 or Lamborghini Aventador. It just turns up on your doorstep like a baby delivered by a stork, right?

You had better bring the McLaren to campaganza, promise not to spunk on it.

Very much doubt it, but they will have deteriorated at a similar degree to Kenny's driving skills so should still be fine
Taking that as an insult and compliment, thanks mate  :D

Re: Enjoying the sun...

oh yes, age like whisky and fine wine.

Haven't even checked the tyre pressures for 3 years, well they're still inflated, so no need. Neither have I bothered to rotate the wheels while the car was stationary for 6 months. :D

Re: Enjoying the sun...

Got Exige out today, hasn't moved since I parked it in October. Surprisingly working very well, almost as though I only parked it last week. Started first time, brakes clean and tidy, better, these S2's, just better. Anyway, I need to get it mot'd at the end of the month so I checked the tread on th...

Re: Scottish Parliamentary Elections Sweepstake

Ironically the only people who keep bringing it up are the press and no voters. The vote is done, move on people. If everyone keeps on about it the the press will never let it go and we will be having the same arguments in 10 years time. Very good point. We all know Mikie's point is a complete lie ...
