It's a rough ride matey. I think you have a Monday Morning car :-(

How many miles have you been able to put on it?

Was just thinking about all of you waiting on things through the post. Other than physical items I've bought online (which are rarely time-essential although they sometimes are I guess), I really don't need to wait for stuff in the post. My bills are paid direct debit or online, I converse with frie...

Mac
What, there are karts mixing it out there with the F1 cars? Ah, that explains a few things then ;-)

Tut you are cheeky. As for not wanting to change down to overtake at 60, I'm afraid this is no bantam weight, high revving Elise we are talking about...it's a Golf-Beetle cross-breed with the aero qualities of a brick ;-) Half the fun of overtaking in the thing should be changing down...if not, you'...

Re: All alone.........

Just sent the ECU from the Audi TT for a remap, takes it from 225 to 270hp, and lots more torque Word was, the TT chassis isn't much cop (it's a Mk4 Golf after all) so be careful how you use those extra 45 horses. The brakes and dampers might want some attention next. Could you bring it to KH befor...

Decided to phone Litchfield. Spoke to Ian (Litchfield!). Very nice fellow, knows his stuff.

So I need £13k-£16k depending on age. He'll source to order.

Better go shake that piggy bank :-) And instruct Lisa she is going back to work like it or not.

[ok folks, sorry, end of thread-hijack!!!!]

It all hinges on share options next spring, fundamentally! (Oh, and whether Lisa decides to go back to work or not  )

The new LogicaCMG chief exec is helping - was worth maybe 15p per share recently!!

A takeover bid would be even more useful ;-)

Evo X...interesting. Mondeo at the front, Alfa at the rear - neither is a bad thing :-) However the Evos always have the hardcore reputation, whereas Scoobs are a bit more soft porn-ish. You get your fillings removed by Evo suspension, and must plot a route with a filling station every 150 miles if ...

I managed to get a moment or two with Richard, Tony Shute (Project Manager) and Dave Minter, all on that trip.

[And Dave drove Lisa round KH in an early S1 Sport 190. She shrieked most of the way I gather.]

Never got any autographs though. Silly me. Too busy enjoying ourselves!

Ach it's just a dog's dinner. You'd have thought they'd have learned from the bugeyed Mk2 debacle, really. Funny thing is, the latest Legacy is a great contrast, it's a graceful and relatively unoffensive style especially in wagon form. Why oh why do they keep f*cking up the Prezza, then?! Having sa...
