Re: SeaSucker
How did you convert between the mini bomber and the talon? I think it should fit ok, I was more worried about the roof of the car not liking a bike hanging off it. If it was a car with a conventional steel roof I wouldn't have thought about it.

SeaSucker
I just spotted the 570gt story on Pistonheads and the Seasucker and bike on the roof. Has anyone used one on an Evora, how solid and strong is the roof?

Re: Bye, Bye Lou Lou..
What about a 350/370z? I don't know too much about them? Lovely, reliable, characterful cars which are very good value, but really nothing like a small sports car - more of a small GT / big sports car. And they are relatively thirsty and expensive on RT post-2006 (I've had two). That's sort of what...

Yes, that would have be me. Though I did park next to a daytona blue sports racer at Braehead the other week.flyingscot68 wrote:Think you might have passed me on the M8 last Friday about 16.40, I was just pulling on to the motorway from the airport when a blue Evora went past?

Re: We Buy Any Car
My S2 was written off in Jan two years ago and the first offer from the insurance was under £10k for a 54 plate 111S with about 56k miles. A few offers later and I got just under £14k. I thought WBAC are only really interested in Golf/Focus etc, and are pretty close on the value of everyday cars?? A...

Lancia Delta integrale 16v Alloys x5
I'm trying to clear out my mums garage! I have 5, standard 16v alloys that have been sitting in the garage since I sold my integrale, they could probably do with a refurb.

Re: Help me find a low cost street bicycle...
I've got one of these that I keep chained up in London and use when I am down every couple of weeks - been a great steed and its fast, and ideal for city centre riding. I am sure I only paid £250ish for mine from Chain Reaction but it was a couple of years ago. http://vitusbikes.com/products/dee-29...

Re: Help me find a low cost street bicycle...
My brother has a mango single speed and it seems decent enough. Gumtree and ebay would be a good place to look if you know what size of bike you are looking for. I've bought my last two bikes from gumtree, the first had been on a spin round the block, never used again and was like new. https://www.g...
