Dreadnought Garage - Thumbs up
Brilliant service from the folks at Dreadnought, sorted my Exige super quick after getting it recovered there when it decided to nearly wobble it's crankshaft pulley off. New belts, crankshaft pulley and backup and running with minimal fuss and all done for super good value. Couldn't be happier with...

Well that was a fantastic evening. Big thanks to Leven Car Company for an excellent event. Great to see every one. Sorry to see the AA van attending to Rich’s car. Nice to meet you, hope you didn’t have to wait too long. Some serious metal in attendance. These nights are going to be a more regular ...

Re: Leven track day at Knockhill Thursday 18th April
On an old S1 I had the battery light come on at the hairpin, pulled in immediately and as I stopped in the pit garage heard a clank, clank which was the pullley falling off... I do find it odd how this can happen if the bolt is torqued up correctly in the first place. The guys at Dreadnought have r...

Re: Exhaust back box - Exige S1
So by way of update I'm really rather pleased the new 2bular system has been fitted and in doing so fixed the running rich issues I had, reason being the back box had developed a hole where the tail pipe bracket is/was attached and the Flexi had a significant leak too. Result

Re: Exhaust back box - Exige S1
2bular Larini Quicksilver Remus Thanks for the replies folks, I meant to post some more info on the exhaust currently on the car. So whilst up on the ramps getting an oil change over at Dreadnought the undertrays off of course the exhaust system can be seen more clearly. The backbox has what appear...

Exhaust back box - Exige S1
Looks like I need a replacement backbox as mine evidently has sooty leaks over the backbox and noticeable underneath where the diffuser meets the next section of undertray. So my question is the Exige backbox different to the Elise or are they compatible? I'm guessing not - Exige has a longer rear c...

Re: Vacuum hoses and t-pieces
I had a need for a high temp coupling a few weeks ago and ordered a silicone one from these guys. I see they also do vacuum hoses. http://www.autosiliconehoses.com I did have some hassle with my order so can understand how their satisfaction rating is quite low, but got there in the end. Appreciate...

Re: Vacuum hoses and t-pieces
yeah thanks looking at Merlin Motorsport - they stock Samco vac hoses.
I'm not certain the bore size though and I'm not able to get to the car - can anyone confirm the tube bore size?

Vacuum hoses and t-pieces
I'm looking for the vacuum hoses and t-piece connectors for the Exige - Bell & Colvill no longer have these available. I guess they are fairly generic but need to be vacuum hoses 3mm bore I believe and t-pieces that connect to these. Anybody have any ideas where I might be able to source these?!
