Paint Recommendation - Pics Added!

Just got the nearside door resprayed by Brian Hutton at The Hawes Garage in South Queensferry. Did a great job and only £180 for it! Will try to put up before and after pics later.

There is a bit if rainwater on the after and it was hard to get a decent shot with the light at the time, but you can certainly see the improvement.

Could just be me but £180 for one door seems quite expensive :?

I got my first Elise's hardtop painted by a garage in Leith for £70 :!: And that is bigger than a door!

Be interested to see how good the job was though :thumbsup

Aye, but a lot less dismantling and masking needed for a hardtop than a door, no? £180 is a decent price (assuming that the painter did strip and mask the door)

True - never really thought about that...

Although I wouldn't imagine they would take the door out - surely they would just completely cover and seal the car but leave the door exposed?

Either way it's better than £1600 :lol:
