Looking for a body shop in central belt would be nice if near Lanarkshire - what is the latest recommendations ?
It is very minor damage to the clam (stress marks / crazing only) but want someone who deals with fibreglass to check it out and give me a price to sort it - other driver is suggesting a non-insurance job if price is 'reasonable'.

Looking at previous posts Steve Walker, JRM Coach works & Willowbrae seem to be the only relevant ones mentioned. I checked Hunter & Reid (Strathaven) as they are only a few miles away but not trading now.

Cheers,
Ian

Thought that was the case - a real shame as they were really good and always reasonably priced too.

mark_h has just collected his car from Steve Walker...might be worth asking him for an up to date crit. Bathgate shouldn't be too long a hack from Larkhall...A71 to Breich then A706, or M8 of course if you can stand it

The repair work to my Exige was nothing short of briliant. Steve was great to deal with, and attention to detail was spot on. Gets a big :thumbsup from me.

Steve is aware that us lotus owners can be a tad particular about our cars and aims to please.

Not with the car at the mo but will get some pics soon.

Cheers

Mark
