I'm fairly concerned that he may not be, which is a shame because he did a sterling job for us in the past and I have two or three jobs queueing up for his attention now!
Might be worth trying a PM? Or Mark Mackenzie may have contat details because Ali as going to be starring at the Detailing Legends event at SLS...

He had given up and gone back to a 'normal' job but as far as I know he's back detailing again.
He protected the interior of the Skoda when we got it, although that was the middle of April, he's maybe had a change of heart since then.
