How long's it away for Sir Ed? Not using my car too much just now, might be able to help depending upon logistics :-)

Ed, exactly what did they do to your soft top?

Some folk say they do very little besides replace any broken parts, my roof is fine, but a bit tired looking and faded. I could swear I once read on SELOC someone saying they sent theirs in and got a brand new one back. I mentioned this to Ali SLS but he gave me a look that clearly said . . bollocks

They renewed all the plastic bits and re-stitched it. Not sure about the metal bits. HTH cheers Ed

I need them to dry clean mine to get rid of the swampy smell after I put it away wet on the Solway Campaganza and then forgot about it for a fortnight...the only time in 8 years I ever did such a foolish thing :-(

What are my chances?

Mine has been away for nearly 5 weeks for a refurb now, was hoping it'd be done for Friday.

I think they normally just retension the wires? I'd imagine though they'd replace them if need be.
