Start of Rant:

Cancelled my policy with Admiral last week (Elephant beat it by £70).

Got a letter through the post today saying thank you for renewing your Admiral policy and we have taken your money :evil:

Phoned the customer service number and was on hold for 10 minutes before i hung up :x

Phoned the sales and got right through to some woman who promptly transferred me to a guy called 'Radge' in India or somewhere :roll:

After going through all the security p**h Radge told me just to ignore the letter and my policy had been cancelled :rage

I HATE all insurance companies!

Elephant did the same thing with me, just so you know there is a good chance you will have to go through it all again next year ;)
