CCI renewal

My CCI renewal came through recently too and I noticed a significant increase (up to almost £340).
A bit of shopping around and I soon got a quote for under £200 courtesy of a friendly meerkat. As far as I can make out, the only difference is there is no trackday cover, but last year I only managed 1 trackday, so not too bothered about this. I know I should have phoned CCI to see if they would match it, but IMO if they could have come anywhere close, then that suggests they were trying to rip me off with the original quote.

Got my renewal through today from CCI, nice suprise its down from £455 to £251 [3yrs NCD, 6000mls, only driver].
Did a quick search online to see if anyone could get close - no-one anywhere near.
Never had my insurance renewal drop by that much before without phoning around

Been with CCI for last 7 years or so but when renewal came in thought I would try REIS for a quote. Sticking with CCI as REIS were £220 more expensive even after removing the Mrs and they also had restrictions on parking at work as well as only 4 rather than 6 day's track cover.
