My insurance completed last month is also with CCI but somehow it was cheaper through a broker (MWA) than with CCI themselves - see this note for more info http://www.scottishelises.com/phpbb/vie ... 11&t=25432

Maybe I just spoke to wrong person in CCI.

If you do go through CCI remember to ensure you get a discount by being on Scottish Elises member.

Mine are due on both cars this month...... scary stuff... The Elise is ay the end of thr month and the golf on the 14th Chris Knott could only quote renewal on the Golf at the mo and that has gone up...lots! £300 up to £460  So I stared shopping about.. Richard Eggar don't do golfs but came in at £640 for the Elise which is currently costing £360 so I'm dreading the Chros Knott quote coming in.. I'm waiting on (MWA)viewtopic.php?f=11&t=25432 getting back to me with both...

CCI £399 for elise with 6 trackdays inc european TD cover :thumbsup

Update Henderson Taylor (Matt) 0161 4377442 will match CCI and is confident he can beat them by reduing their fee! :thumbsup

Admiral multi car, 3 cars for under £500. The VX is around the £120 mark fully comp for 6K miles all mods declared, thats max no claims and not for to and from work (work does not involve leaving the house anyway). The Fabia VRs is around £160 per year fully comp and is insured for to and from work should I need to go to the office. The rest is made up of the better halfs matiz and again is fully comp insured to and from work approx £180.

Could not come close to beating it anywhere else.

Another vote for Admiral multi car here. Saved us the total cost of last years Merc insurance for Lotus and Merc. :thumbsup
Only downside is both cars end up due for renewal at the same time - but as you have that prob anyway it's not an issue.

:withstupid

I'm £1,100 a year for 35k a year mileage split over the VX, panda and primera with mrs donkey (28 and been driving for 2 years) on all three cars. VX works out at £280 of that.

Oh and my postcode is normally on fire, and none of the cars are garaged.

....did i ever tell you about the Evora and VX220 i used to own?
