Insurer for modified car - recommendations?

Hi all :)

My current insurer has red-carded some forthcoming modifications for my BM - can anyone recommend a reputable insurer who will cover the car with suspension/chassis-related mods (springs, dampers, ARBs, bushes and the like) - preferably someone who will cover the mods themselves too?

All the better if you've had the experience of going through a claim with them and can comment on how it was handled.

Adrian Flux came up near the top of the Google searches, but I don't have any experience with them at all...

Thanks!

:cheers

Competition Car Insurance are worth a shout. Otherwise quite a few peeps on here rate RIES.

Depends on the car with REIS, strictly they insure two seater sports cars that have to have been tracked, but I believe they are OK with four seaters of the M3, Scooby, EVO type. They also will not load you for sensible mods, in fact they welcome them. They are also very good on points, loaded me an extra £20 when I had 11 points(but that was the old tut).

Give Mary or Steve a call on 0115 965 1020 if your car qualifies.
