Axa & LV, two to avoid...

Renewal through from CCI has gone up from £275 to £327, so doing the usual compare the market exercise.
Got an unbelievably low quote (£129.47) from Swinton for insurance with AXA. However, on reading the policy, it is stated:
"You must do all you can to protect your car and keep it in a roadworthy condition. If you do not do this your right to claim under your policy may be affected.
You must:
ensure the car is locked, windows, including sunroofs are closed, and any required security devices are activated and all keys and keyless entry system devices are removed when the car is left unattended." the list continued..
I asked the broker about this, and gave the example of popping into a shop and leaving the roof off. He said as the car is not secure, it is not covered.
LV policy states:
"We will not pay a claim if your car is left unlocked, or with the keys in it or with a window or roof open."
Seems pretty clear too.
I guess you get what you pay for with insurance, but at least it is possible to see the policy before you buy these days.
