Just as an idea - if we were to do an SE night for anyone wanting Sonos products or more Sonos products, with canopes and wine, would anyone fancy it?

Happy to make this an SE only event if there is enough interest?

Suspect many of you that were at the house for the BBQ would have seen these, but basically, we are having a promo night for the sound system i have in the house, garage, and garden! Simply put, its epic, and I'm sure some of the Se'ers who have bought them will agree!

Anyway, come a long for a chat (friends and family welcome), some wine, and a chance to see how it works, and how it can work for you


Sonos ZonePlayers

Does what it says with no fuss- refreshing to have a stress-free bit of technology for a change

The new controllers look tempting too- my only niggle was with the older-style ones.

Yeah I have 3 amplified ones and 1 non-ampilified, and they're great.

I loved the idea, but the old Controller let it down for me. As soon as I got a play with the new controller, I was hooked and bought them.

Also got the app for the iPhone, and the iPad app is superb.

Spotify works well on it too, if you're a subscriber.

Another for Sonos, i have a few of them throughout the house and have to say they are fantastic bits of kit.. Had them in for a couple of years now and not had one problem with them, very good!

I would be interested in that Andy - couldn't make the last one and have convinced the other half that we should be looking at Sonos installation for the house ( but I don't know enough about it to know where to start )

Another for the Sonos system. My dad has it in his house through my recommendation after attending andy's AMP3 BBQ charity day and his mate had it installed after the experience in my dads. He opted for speakers hidden in the walls and ceiling and is epic. Truly epic product and when I have my own gaff will be top of the list to install!

You would not believe how easy the install is and the setup, as a user friendly product it scores top marks!

With access to everything you could possibly imagine, one of my dads friends always challenges the system by searching some obscur songs and it has never failed and almost every time will give you a selection of versions for everything you search. I've yet to not find something I've searched for
