AMP3 Trackday Details

Okay folks - I'm actually away from email mostly for the next three days, so any last-minute queries, please address them to Andy.

WRT the trackday - please aim to be there around 1pm on Friday - reason being that any promotional stuff will need to be done before the day itself - there is a race testing session happening directly after us, so we'll be flagged on the stroke of 4pm and we won't have access for any photos etc after this. We don't have exact details of where we'll be briefing yet, but look for other Elises in the paddock (at the very least, mine will be there) and park up - someone should be hovering to direct you.

Remember your FULL driving license - Knockhill do require it, sometimes it's not checked, but you'd feel affy dumb to be denied your place on track because you forgot it.

On track, please remember this is a short session and quite busy. Also that there are some cars going around with punters paying handsomely for the privilege of a pax lap - so don't hold them up - none of the pax drivers is slow, so just let them past ASAP and watch as they disappear around the next corner sideways. You've got 2 hours, the paxes only have a couple of laps.

The Party details will be given out by Andy himself, but it will be at Andy's place in Edinburgh - to take place after the track event is finished. There will be some time between so that those who wish to freshen up don't have to race about to get there in time.

Any queries, give me a shout if you have my number (but be prepared to leave a message as I'm on the road and really busy over the next few days) or speak to Andy.

Lets have a cracking day, keep the session flowing (red flags will not be appreciated) and get through to the BBQ unscathed to trade stories of cunning track antics! I'm really looking forward to it and I hope everyone else is too!

Unfortunately I'm going to have to pull out of the TD. First person to PM me can have my space. I'll hopefully still make it to the barbecue
