Cross posted from the TutTowers Yahoo list - join that for further info:

Been trying to send some emails but our IT infrastructure is not working
out too well recently.

First I have to say that we need those who are attanding the tarckday to
get in gear and book it in the SIDC store.

So far 18 have paid the trackday. The following were easy to spot:

Neil Mckean
Iain Watt
Stuart Pollock
Brian Laing
Colin McAteer
David McFarlane
Keith Langdon
Stephen Curle
Giles Merritt
Brian Jamieson
Jonathan Neale
Kenny Irvine
Graham Walsh

and maybe...

Ed Paine? ed@bridgest103.fsnet.co.uk
Andy Gordon? andyg@amp3.co.uk
(please let me know as the only thing I have is your emails above)

Also, mark@cliff-tech.co.uk paid as well, is that Mark Templeman? or
Mark Ryall?

There are also two more that have paid but I don't recognize their email:
lindsay.potter@trucomm.co.uk
stevesmithm3@yahoo.co.uk

Would you point out your names please?

We need to firm up the bookings ASAP because time is running out and
out of the 40 places we have only 18. Don't want to open the trackday
yet to the public, would be better to have this trackday as an all Lotus
day.
So hurry up!

Apart from that, so far we have a list of 45 attendees for the MT 2006.
Out of those 37 will want to stay in an hotel near Fort Williams (Isles of
Glencoe chosen)
View the list here (and if there are changes, please update)

http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/tut ... &prntRpt=1

I am about to firm a deal with the Isles of Glencoe Hotel but need firm
numbers for that.
It would be £49.50 for Dinner, Bed and Breakfast on the 9th, not a bad
deal but the catch is that I need to put it on my credit card as a group.
If they need to register each one individually then the rate goes up to
£75, which is not that good.

So, would you please check the records to reflect the current situation?
As I would need to get money from you guys to cover the CC expense.

And those who think they're going to be sleeping somewhere else, they
would be missing basically the drive, as we're heading west straight
after KH and then starting the West coast loop early in the morning.
(You don't want to be at the other extreme of Scotland and then catch
up!)

So, time to get in gear and update your details so I can book the hotel.

Greg, if you're going on the trip, it's really best that you join up the group yourself. You'll need to access the Yahoo database and you'll get routes & stuff off it....

From TT/MT yahoo group.

Last chance for cheap accommodation at the IOG, Uldis needs to confirm bookings by Friday latest.

Hope the route is up before mon 5th.. I will be offline from then until late Friday night. Dont fancy sitting in front on the computer at midnight trying to plan the meet point then leaving the house around 5.00am to get there..

Would like to know where to meet up before I go off on holiday if possible.

Sweet :) You'll have to introduce me, as a fellow member of the industry!
