great effort mate - its not too hard to learn. I only managed 5 laps and qualified 5th in class last year!

I take it by the first corner you mean Copse? Worth thinking about how the f1 cars takes that flat in 6th with no lift

Well done for making the final -sounds like some serious rough love was being dished out to the Evo

It's hard to imagine the F1's taking copse flat.

I just missed the apex a couple of times and ran right out over the green matting and onto the tarmac beyond on the exit. Probably quite a quick line.

Well another disappointing but fun none the less weekend.

Missed out on the final by one place, 16th in class.

Mights still get a point or 2 though as there were a couple of one timers in there.

The car was awesome, what a difference with it coming on boost much earlier. It was dragging me out of the corners rather than just cruising round then coming on boost after exiting. Felt really good.

Never having done Brands I found it really easy to learn (this was the Indy circuit BTW). Great little track, I really enjoyed it. Couple of blind apex's, off camber corners etc. And at least 2 which I felt were better with really late apexes. Meant you were going in slower but coming out quicker as you could get the power on earlier.

My first session out I managed a 55.5 and my quickest came in practise at 55.3. Then I got slower in the Qualy. What's that all about?

Maybe I should stop treating it like a track day.

Should hopefully have a few choice moments on the video.
