2009 750MC Locost Championship Calendar

Sunday March 15th - Snetterton (Double Header)
Sunday April 5th - Mallory Park
Saturday April 25th - Brands Hatch
June 6th & 7th - Anglesey (Double Header)
Saturday June 20th - Brands Hatch (Double Header)
July 11th & 12th - Cadwell Park (Double Header)
Saturday August 22nd - Silverstone
Saturday September 5th - Oulton Park (Double Header)
Sunday September 20th - Snetterton

Lots of other stuff are racing each weekend, MR2s, Stock Hatch, Formula 4, Bike engined cars etc etc.

I just read through the regulations for the Locost Class.

I would like to start some racing at club level and this looks perfect. Love how the cars are cheap to build and maintain so that anyone can enter. I will look into this more...

In case you missed this, this year's final at Snetterton was on TV, uploaded below. Next year another 8 rounds will be on TV too.

There are a few cars for sale, including the one that won the 2008 and 2009 championships, if you don't want to build.

I built a Westfield in 2000 and enjoyed it so would probably build one. How much is each race roughly ? Next time i go to see my folks i will give you a shout so i can quiz you on some things.

In 2009 double headers were between £205 and £295 for both races. Single headers were between £165 and £195.
MSV circuits are at the most expensive end.
