Wow, what a run! Scared the bejeezus out of me just watching it!

Car looks great though, single input every corner, looked very smooth. Nice work, Fd! :thumbsup

Wow indeed!

You have some special talent there Mr D. As Graeme mentioned, very smooth and well driven, but would also add, so precisely placed on the track, using every available inch.

What is the spec of the car now? Power, weight etc?

May make Fburn, need to check my calendar - over in Finland a lot at the moment.

Car only has about 600bhp/ton, it's an older spaceframe car, can't beat the weight of the carbon tubbed cars . . .

Need to be brave and take some wing off as that's a huge factor in top speed, unfortunately also in being able to get round the corners at speed . . . currently using max wing settings, some tracks you use much less and the difference is marked, but Doune is very high speed average with high speed corners.

Still, the faster you go the more grip you have . . .

As an indication of the drag - You only brake very lightly 4 times at Doune, everything else is wing drag, which is huge at 110mph . . . which is the peak speed in 3 places . . .

Brilliant fun.

id imagine for Fburn you will be on Zero wing? 1st corner and 2nd last probably the only place aero would come into it?

Wee trackside video, chap in a 211 ish type of thing just before me at about 3:50 (my car sounding pretty shouty) . . all credit to him (not sure if he on here) trying turning traction control off at Doune. . no more immaculate paint followed . . still that's what cars are for . . :-)
