Karting track likely to close

Sad news. Been quite a few times, although not often enough considering its only 15 mins along the road. The outdoor track is great fun.

Yup. Thoroughly enjoyed every visit there. But can imagine more money is to be made with the new proposals so it's understandable.

I spent a lot of time there in the early 2000s when I had my own Kart, so sad to see it possibly close, it was a shame when they seemed turned from motorsport and targeted the stag market.

That's sad news indeed. Had many great sessions there on the outdoor track, but it's been a good few years since my last visit.

Maybe an outing should be organised before it closes?

I really like the track and have been a couple of times from Glasgow. Its a real pain to get to with all the traffic though.
