Tut,
A huge thanks for organising and hosting such a memorable event, perfect weather, superb route and to all the guys in our wee convoy, thanks for some brilliant drives. 897 miles over the weekend, roof never on and covered in Pete's oil slick - dosn't get much better

Oh and to Woody for sharing a room with me at Ft Bill, albeit only used it for 3.5 hours!
Kerry for offer of Caravan, however after a few britneys, finding the caravan was less appealing, and also to Alan, who i probably impeeded his progress due to extra weight and rank chat!!
Nice one lads!

What happened after Old Meldrum woody?.
That was a bugger the petrol station being closed, and I then heard when I got to Braemar that you were in Aberdeen after running out of petrol.

I was feeling like sh*t, and driving like it too (awaits abuse from Neil

)
I didn't quite run out. I got to Inverurie, bought a map in the petrol station and decided the best plan was to shoot straight down to my brother's in edinburgh after stoping off in Aberdeen for a coffee and 10 minutes fresh air.
Not sure who it was with the blue honda S1 that had a failed driveshaft tut, did they get on ok?
Dave, i meant to say, ed & co were quite correct. Your snoring is rank.

Woody, that was my friend Craig, lives just down the road, S/C Honda engine.
Just waiting to hear from him, but his family has a Caravan company, so he would have phoned his father to come and pick him up on the transporter from Old Meldrum.

Just home... (were we THAT slow)
What a legendary weekend....as much down to the people as the driving....everyone we met and every new road an inspiration.
Tut, endless thanks to you and Verian- a tremendous effort that was greatly appreciated.
Definitely a weekend never to be forgotten...
Also nice to meet Timsky by sheer chance in Strathpeffer, on one of our many 'navigationally challenged' moments

Happy anniversary- pity you didn't make it to TT!
