Summer was with me in Tiree for the last week

30-odd degrees everyday

Even got burnt wearing factor 30.. but I was windsurfing for about 5 hours

Beer No 5 watching the race, and about to open a nice chilled bottle of Chardonnay after a lovely Sunday dinner cooked by the fine lady!!

I have however deserved it with a 55 mile training ride yesterday and 4 hours solid non-stop in the garden - feckin knackered!!!
