Absolutely crapping it

11.00am, I'll be going in to get the napper shaved. Thanks to all who've contributed - it's not too late, slap a tenner in for the slaphead - John and Ed are still to come!

Total pledged so far is 410 - I've had £30 given to me in cash, which I'll add to the pot myself.
