Currently have spare set of wheels on, so getting mine sorted while i have the luxury of not needing to put the car on blocks. Mainly to stop the wheels dissolving.....
If you really want to know.......
And it's not a shed. It's a rattly shed. And only i can call it that, so there.....

my rattles come from having stu's grooved discs, and the pads rattle against them. that and the fact i can't be arsed fiddling around with silly bits of rubber to try and stop the rattle, because they'll prob fall off anyway....(the silly rubber bits i mean, not the brakes...

Carrick Engineering are great for wheels - and cheap - but they're in Prestwick.

They've been about £26 per wheel for me in the past, I can drop them in if it helps.

I had my wheels powder coated at IPF in Glenrothes. They made a great job. They did them in silver.
With regards to the finish, whilst it is smooth and appears to be fairly durable you may not be too keen on the slightly "sparkly" effect from the process. Not sure if this is just with IPF but I think I may have seen other comments about this.
When I first saw mine done I was slightly disappointed but that was when I was looking at them close up. From 6 feet away they look great.
BTW mine cost £35 each also. I had to arrange the tyre fitting/refitting myself.
