What more could you ask for.... reliability..woody wrote:Neil, my last one was nosier (inside - gearbox whine), had a worse heater and leaked more than the elise.
Go for it
Seen as you've other more sensible things to drive anyway)
Would love another mini...
Same same.. wife would kill me..
Well it moves... might as well make the most of it....
The last one I had is back up for sale - but they've changed it all back to black bumpers and grille, nasty mirrors, 12" wheels (It's been conveted to cooper s brakes and had 10's on it when I had it) and Its generally not as nice
It is £1200 more than I sold it for 18 months ago and apparently has only done 500 or so miles

The only decent pic I have of when it was mine

...and it was taken about 200yards from where Tenkfeet had his bump the other week.

Neil, if it is showning 83k its been clocked at some point. A guy in kilmarnock used it for everyday transport until about a year ago when he had to give up his licence - I sold it to someone else in Febuary 2006 with over 82K on it
However, it was a very well looked after mini with a pile of receipts and quite a few of the right bits underneath. The A panels were a bit scabby and the door hinge panel had had a repair done by the time the Killie guy sold it.
