Any suggestions/contacts/recomendations for the above?
Planning on converting the garage/workshop/gym area into a Big Boyz Gamesroom type thing. Spoken to an architect but their initial ballpark guestimates of costs ranged from the "hmmm... ok, lets do it" level to the "bloody hell no way" level.
Speaking to somone who could actually do the work might be the next helpfull step before debunking the idea.
