Just picked up the service history today and most of it is stamped with JCT 600 (which strangely enough is transfered onto the rear window) does anyone know anything about them ???

JCT600 are a pretty big chain of dealerships of different makes; if you dont have the receipts give them a call and they will fax them to you. I did this with my current car and got all the info to tie up with the stamps in the book.

Yup, i know of them from working with a contract hire firm - they do prestige contract hire and run a string of franchised garages IIRC. Decent people to see if you want an contract hire aston, bentley or probably lotus!

The JCT 600 place in Leeds was the supplying dealer for my Exige. I have been down there a few times. It is near Leeds Utd footie stadium and has a big Ferrari dealership side to it too in the same way as MMC has Lotus/Aston Martin. They were really helpful when I wanted to confirm a couple of things about the exige history.

They had a pretty bad reputation around six years ago, but it looks as if things have changed.

The consensus of opinion of folks living in Yorks/Lancs, is that if yourself is paying, you wouldn't take your Lotus to JCT for a service
