I think its nice, but never as good as a S1

I quite like it, and I think with that torquey turbo engine it must make a great road car. But would I swap my Exige for it? Er, no. And is it likely to tempt any Audi TT/Nissan 350z/Boxster buyers? Er, no. Therein lies the Europa's problem. Suspect that Europa production, not that it can amount to much, will quietly cease well before the Lotus Eagle arrives in a year or so.

Don't like the colour of that... doesn't work on the Europa, but I love it on an Exige.

There is a white Europa on PH at the moment (no pics)... being sold by JCT600... I did have a chat with them about it but it didn't have the performance pack and was about £2K overpriced in my opinion... so discussion ended there.

I think the have been amazingly underrated.. they have genuine tuned performance out of the box.. I think in time they will become cult classics.. as road companions go that turbo engine is a great match-up to just chomp miles (all very in keeping with Lotus) without being quite so frantic as the high lift and supercharged cars

it's only demise was it could be slightly larger inside and a few more ponies and it'd have easily justified the price tag.. but then it's only a superchip away from 300-400bhp.

I'd have on in black and JPS gold livery

Bar the specials it's also the most striking design to come out of Hethnel for a while.. or maybe it's because it'll be a much rare sight... a bit like the S1 Exige. Not sure if should have been given the Europa tag.. more Elan 2+2 and then could have put a small benchseat behind..
