No insurance clamp down

I hope they bring this hard line to Scotland. Was reading my old community website and good to see they are now takign cars away. Previously they outsourced it to a private clamping company that would fleece you.

I read that they are also using the automatic number plate recognition vans to catch people now too which is good. I recall seeing the kit demoed in a police car and it would been everytime there was a problem with the reg. The coppers just sat there as it beeped pretty much ever other car when testing it as they were sans insurance and they simply could not stop them all and were using it to catch more high calue crims.
