Just got up after a little afternoon nap . Glad I made the effort to drag my arse out of bed this morning .

If anybody ever fancies a mid week cycle during the day give me a shout as I am off quite a lot .

Im off thurs and fri this week and was planning a cycle so your welcome to join me.

Was prob going to head to glentresss and do the red run.

Am hopefully going to have the forks on the xc bike fixed by then so I wont be quite so slow up the hills.

Excellent fun, but a bit icy on sections especially on the jumps on the finial downhill section

A regular meet sounds good, must get fit 8)

(that's why I think Mike will do fine, that and his lack of imagination).

Me too! I was a more fit last summer; since moving house I have hardly done any cycling or climbing.

Good fun, not sure whether the ice made it more interesting, or just a bit too risky to think about going quick.

I'd definately be up for another one, maybe Glentress or Ae next time.

Cheers

Giles
