There should be no issues with having an Elise as a daily driver, we did it with our S1 111S for approx 8 months before we got a 2nd car.

There will be compromises i.e sometimes you have constructive packing duties for the boot but majority of things fit.

If you go for a later elise (i.e. 111R) then the mod cons are a lot better especially if you go for the touring packs with the sound deadening.
