Dundee garages? Quick wheel bearing fitment

Post by Scottd » Mon Jan 21, 2008 2:59 pm

Anyone found any Elise friendly garages in Dundee recently? I've got the part I just need the wheel bearing fitted by Thursday.

There's a garage near me I was thinkin of trying but they look like dodgy barsteward :) a place where they at least knew how to jack up the car would be fine.

He's over qualified for just a wheel bearing :) and I don't think he'll have a hydrolic press with him.

I got royally ripped off by Falkland when i needed wheel bearings done, so i would definaetly get Ali to do it. Much better service too.

After all that.... I got up early this morning and took the hub off myself and got my dad to drop it off at nearest garage. I'm guessing nothing can go wrong just handing them hub + new bearing. Should save me a tenner too, fantastic! :)
