About the time Rossi got his title back! He is the best :thumbsup

I don't know driving in another way which isn't risky. Each one has to improve himself. Each driver has its limit. My limit is a little bit further than other's.

What a great race and great track (I think this and Bathurst are stunning with their corkscrews).

Rossi looked so much more stable on the bike than Stoner - do you think he's p*ssed off because the team will give him stick for being second best ?

I think the result proves who the most talented rider is. By rights Stoner should have had the race based on the performance of the bikes but Rossi knows how to ride on the edge all the time and it does appear that he has the hunger back this year. Keeping a high corner speed meant Stoner couldn't get a jump on the exit by using the extra power available. Even when he got close enough and you though this is it Rossi beat him on the brakes and forced him into a wider line.

I think Stoner's main problem is that he is continually fighting the bike and unless there's some decent straights where he can use the Ducati power then he's screwed. Don't know how much of this is due to the design of the bike or Stoner's inability to dial in the set-up for the race.

Makes you wonder what Rossi could do on a Ducati? An Italian on an Italian bike would be the dream team for the Ducati diehards. Doubt it'll ever happen though.

Overall though I thought the race at the front was the best this season and it's good to see a bit of niggle coming in, should make the rest of the season interesting.

Rossi will never go to Ducati....2 more years at Yamaha and he's outta here!
Lorenzo now has 3 broken bones in his foot!

That was the most exciting bit of wheel to wheel motor racing I've seen for a long long time, even Jayne was getting into it at one point and she hates bikes.

Not at all, well worth a look, great example of real racing, and Laguna Seca is something else. When can we go?! Californian Caper anyone?!?!

Oh, and ...see the topic title? "Moto GP"...bit of a giveaway as to what it might be talking about ;-)
