URGENT HELP NEEDED (nlc) IT INFO REQUIRED PLEASE

Hi All

Looking for some assistance to locate who an IP address belongs to. Having a bit of trouble with someone detailing nasty entries in my guestbook, amongst other things and I need to find out if the person it belongs to is who I think it is before I take things further through a solicitor.

Ip address is as follows 82-35-81-189.cable.ubr03.dals.blueyonder.co.uk

If it's broadband then the IP's are pretty static and they'll have their details

User is in London http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/city.ch?ip=82.35.81.189 but to be honest would not be that accurate due to the sheer scale otheir network.
