CLCM - another thumbs up

Post by Lazydonkey » Wed Jul 29, 2009 8:44 am

Went to see Willie yesterday morning to change my geo from cumnock spec* to something a bit more precise

Booked myself in for 9am and told Willie i needed to be at KH for 11am, and was assured it wasn't a problem. Turned up at 8:30 and was on my way at 9:15 after an entertaining chat about cars, motorbikes and the world in general.

It's been 2 years and a good 30k since the car was last geo'd, and the front passenger side was quite out as a result - naturally the end result of willie's fast road set up is that the car is handling beautifully once more. All for the bargain price of £38. :thumbsup

He seems to be pretty steady with work, with some lovely aston wheels turning up when i was there, but he was saying the motor trade has slowed a fair bit and that's obviously had a bit of a knock on effect for him. I know he's well known to a lot of you, but for the benefits of any newbie's - go and see the man and make your loti handle as it should :thumbsup 8)

Cool - just make sure you don't get it set to VX standard - you need willie fast road spec  :thumbsup

Cool - just make sure you don't get it set to VX standard - you need willie fast road spec if, like me, you have no talent in the car  :thumbsup
Fixed that now Andy

Yup, thats what i've got on mine now Andy... Huge difference compared to standard - much more positive turn in with the front end pushing out nicely on the power :thumbsup
