Sad day yesterday when Michael Park was killed in the Rally GB in Wales. He was Markko Martin's co-driver and I believe they hit a tree on the passenger side of the car, killing him instantly.

Always amazed at the crashes in rallying that the guys usually just walk away from. Guess it's just terrible luck

Truly horrible stuff. A friend was working on a service crew for one of the GpN cars and the service area was supposedly completely shocked and stunned when they announced the news...

He left a wife and two kids too, feel for them, really feel for them...

Awful news

Hopefully it happened quickly! He died doing something he loved!
