PC Fubarred Last Week - anyone else ?

I've lost all non essential data on my PC last week, a few days after a major lightning storm in Aberdeen.

Anyone else got caught.

I thought my 'special' power switch would help - but no.

Anyone got a decent PC they want shot of ?

It's probably repairable - what happens when you try to turn it on?

I'm using it now, on the second install of XP. Still getting error messages from various programs

Good excuse for a new PC, but was planning to leave this till next year and Wista...
