Just wanted to say thanks to Andy, shug and the rest involved for a great day yesterday. A fantastic day but I think the phrase for the weather was character building!
A few highlights were -
The worlds longest auction/raffle, still laughing at Neil being over the moon to think he'd bought a walshy day - only to find out it was a pair of speakers he bought (largely due to Mr mckenzies "misdirection"). Great action and a top sport for taking it so well.
Walshy Instruction - after 15mins of being told how much I was doing wrong i was ready to give up, but the feeling of getting a good lap and how much more right everything felt towards the end - fantastic. Def will be booking a proper lesson down south early in the spring.
A certain white 911 who's driver , judging by the amount of time spent sideyways, must sleep with his arms in the crossed up position. And a 430 who rather than come out of the corners sideways seemed to be going into them at full on 90 degrees !
Finally, got chatting to a young lady in the pits who looked all alone who spent the next 10 mins telling me how she totalled her dads tvr, had a ludacris amount of speed from her 1.0l corsa and an even more ludacris amount of speed from her current hire car (after she totalled the corsa), left me

All in all a great fun, great company, great day!
Dont know if we will be able to follow the event up but keep an eye open for info on an se charity xmas night out to be announced soon.
cheers
