I've now got the template from Gareth, So I'll have a fiddle to bring it up to date - thinking of changing the font in the banner part. I'll then send it off to some sticker peeps and see how much its likely to cost. In a week or so, I'll post up a new 'who wants some stickers' thread.

just to bring this back on track a little, I try and nip in for a look most days (only have the net at work) to see whats what, if I can add my two pence worth to a subject I will (although to be honest most of this stuff whizzes past me at a 'ell of a rate of knots).

It would be nice to see a few more hellos from newbies it has to be said.

We certainly seem to be friendly enough and I hope that everyone feels welcome. We do have our little habits (Like trying to sell gordon's car to anyone who said "I think I want an S1...") but nothing like the monstrosity that is SELC*CK.

We are a club of people who most importantly have met each other. Unlike the uber-monster SELC*CK who know that no matter how much they slag each other off there is little chance of them ever meeting.

Ah well, I'm glad I found SE (1 and 2) despite not having made many meets I have discussed utter sh*t with a bunch of similarly minded fools with the similar cars built by turnip farmers. I have done things I would never have dreamed of and probably shouldn't have as well as met some truly nice people along the way.

Keep up the good work everyone! And remember keep it local!

I don't lurk, but i am a newbie ,and pretty much all my posts have been cos i'm wanting something! - sorry!

so hello to all!

I fester in Glasgow, and would someone please organise a meet for some time when i'm NOT on call!!!! - PLEASE!!!!

it'd be good to meet a few more nutters, and with luck it'd stop me prattling on about my car to my mrs quite so much, which would improve my mariage no end!

anyway.

I want some stickers some time! - can someone post the basic design??

I always fancied stickers that were quite small, and along the lines (size wise) of the 240R stickers, for the back, and above the side indicators. less is more when it comes to stickers in my book (in other words, me mrs won't let me get decent big stickers

)

hope to meet some of you soon, and you're right about SELOC - I'm giving up on them as anything except a tech database!.
