And this is why you should buy cars based on their condition rather than their mileage. At least with old analogue odometers some guy had to take the dash apart to change the clocks, now all you need is a laptop.

Is that P&L for one car mikey?

I never know what I pay for each part of the AA cover, as when my new Membership comes through in June they try to take me for around £280 but a phone call takes £100 off that. When I bought N3 it was ten years old so I had to pay the higher rate, but I think it was £75 which was only upped to £130ish to put two more family cars on.

Agreed, but before anybody gets the wrong idea, AiD was correcting his odometer legitimately. He had an electrical fault that caused the odo to jump up a few 100K miles ...
