Despite his best efforts, (mainly trying to perfect the high speed motorbike dismount) McApe has made it to the ripe old age of 3-0*

haha, thanks guys. I can confirm that i made it to 30. I'm not a huge fan of birthdays, just seems like a lot of fuss about nothing, but i'm milking it today. Nicola is being my slave for the weekend, so had a long lie whilst she walked the dog, then she woke me up :wink: and had some breakfast in bed. Now watching the moto gp and F1, having a lazy day, then going out for a nice meal tonight.

I've been too busy at work recently to organise a party, plus the weathers been pish, but i'll probably organise a birthday BBQ that your all invited to (albeit probably about 2 months late :lol: )
