One of the big differences between SE1 and SE2, is that I can save all of the former in an Outlook pst file.

Now I know that I am an anorak in this respect, no sane Elise owner would confess to having over 90,000 posts on their hard drive, but it has proved useful over the years as a source of info, and can be searched almost as well as a database.

Tut, all posts are kept on SE2, click search on the options above. Provided the threads have an appropriate title for the content (I fecking hate generic Can You...... threads  ) they should be easily findable by typing in one keyword.

Having seperate sections makes searching for obscure info far easier in my opinion.

Will it check the text in the thread as well as the thread title?

That is what I like about Outlook and everything in the pst file, especially in Office 2007, the search facility is very good, and over the years just about everything possible to fix on an Elise has been covered, so put in "steering rack" and it will find ever reference to it and bring up the posts.

Yeah you can set it to text only or text and title.

As the content builds up, that will be useful.
