Post by DJ » Tue Oct 18, 2011 10:15 pm

Following my thread on pet insurance the other week and after a much appreciated chat with Ali (vet111s) :thumbsup , I paid a deposit for this little cracker today :love . Currently 5 1/2 weeks old, I pick her up on November 6th. Can't wait. Apols for quality of pics as snapped using my bberry.

I see trouble ahead  , lock away your pipe and slippers....you won't have time to be bothered with them with that bundle of fun  . My broon labs are just over a year old and today with all this rain we've had they found the biggest puddle in the feild where I usually run them and boy did they enjoy it  , hooning through ice cold water at 7am is an eye waterer and don't dogs just love shaking themselfs up against you I was soaked ....

Cheers guys. Was surprised at how difficult it was to track down a decent golden lab bitch puppy. Loads of black labs at the moment and also majority seemed to be dogs rather than bitches. The pups I did find for sale either had little history/pedigree or parents weren't hip scored or some other strange story attached. Connotations of looking for a car I guess - takes a while to find exactly what you are looking for. Travelled to Englandshire twice to view this one and looking forward to going back to get her in a couple of weeks. Will post decent pics once I pick her up. :D
