The most striking thing about being on the bus on the motorway in South Korea apart from the bus it's self (think the Gagnam Style bus) was that all the light trucks and vans seemed to have a tablet type screen with the some sort of video playing. Certainly wasn't sat navs. Oh, and the bus had a 40" screen at the front playing 24h news.

Nail him, make sure he doesn't drive on tarmac again. Holding a phone to your head while driving is considered bad yes but it is arguable.
Holding a computer in front of your face and trying to do a racing game (which requires shed loads of concentration) whilst driving yourself is ridiculous.
Nobody can drive two tracks at one time!

Ridiculous driving, but I found myself equally appalled at the article (obviously not written by your Dad, Woody). I found the report lazy and badly constructed, and I only scored 4 on the grammar test!!
